NeuroOptimal A gentle way to support a more flexible, resilient nervous system.
NeuroOptimal is a non-invasive, fully automated Dynamical Neurofeedback system designed for general wellness. It monitors electrical brain activity in real time and responds with brief audio feedback, giving the brain information that may help it notice and organise its own patterns. You do not need to concentrate or try to make anything happen, you simply settle in and let the system work.
Sessions take place in person in West Cork. The NeuroOptimal session may be combined with infrared light and the CES Ultra, a cranial electrotherapy device, depending on your needs and suitability.

02 For teenagers and exam stress
For teenagers preparing for exams, a session can offer quiet time away from the pressure of studying, with support for focus, calm, sleep routines, and the ability to settle after a demanding day. No active concentration is required, which can make the session feel restful rather than like more work.
Sessions for anyone under 18 require a parent or guardian’s involvement and are planned around the young person’s individual needs.
03 A wider in-person session
Infrared light may be included as a gentle, non-invasive wellbeing addition. CES Ultra uses low-level cranial electrotherapy stimulation through electrodes and may support relaxation and sleep for some people.
We discuss your health history and suitability before adding any device. Please continue any care recommended by your healthcare professional.
NeuroOptimal describes itself as a general wellness system, not a medical treatment, diagnostic tool, or therapy. These sessions are complementary wellbeing support and are not a promise to treat insomnia, stress, attention difficulties, or any other condition. Experiences vary.
